Nursery

A nursery is provided during Sunday school and worship service in the educational building.  Both the infant and toddler nursery are located downstairs and each Sunday volunteers provide loving care to our infants and toddlers.  If you have any questions or if you would like to volunteer to work in the nursery, please contact Lindy Blanks or a member of our Christian Education committee.

Children's Church

Children's Church is for children 4 - 6 years of age.  After the pastor has a brief children's sermon, the children are dismissed to the Educational Building.  Here they participate in a Bible lesson, craft, and snack.  Parents are asked to please pick up their child after Worship Service in the large Youth Room upstairs.  Volunteers teach this class with materials provided by the Christian Education Committee or our Christian Educator.   If you would like to serve as a volunteer in Children's church, please contact Reggie Clawson, coordinator of the children's church program.

Ready to Worship

Ready to Worship is for 2nd and 3rd graders to help prepare them to "officially" become a participating member of the congregation.  The children practice worship readiness skills for 4 weeks in September before they are presented before the congregation as graduates of the program. This class teaches them how to look up and read scriptures, the Lord's Prayer, the Apostle's Creed, how to look up and read hymns, study of the sacraments, and how to apply reverence and respect within the church. This class is taught by Lindy Blanks, Director of Youth Ministries.

Bible Study

Bible study is an essential part of our spiritual development. If we are to grow to be disciples of the Lord, then we must know His plan for our lives.  We know God's plan for our lives by studying His Word.  We were meant for fellowship. We can not know the Lord and grow in His will in a vacuum. Join us as we study Gods Word and grow together in His will.

Mid week Bible Study is currently held Thursday evenings from 6:00 ~ 7:30 PM in the fellowship hall.
